Business mentors
Our small business mentoring program offers short, sharp, focused blocks of dedicated time and support. You can access the program as often or infrequently as you need. Our mentors will work with your schedule.
What our mentors offer
Business health check
Acting as a business coach, your mentor will take the time to carefully analyse what you and your business need to grow through a business health check. Then, guided by your mentor, you will have the opportunity to put your big ideas for your small business into action.
Day-to-day business
Whatever your industry, business model, location, or goals, the small business mentors take the time to give tailored advice. Our mentors are ready to handle your every concern. They can provide advice on a range of topics including cash flow, business and financial planning, innovations to stay competitive, marketing strategy, staff retention, customer service, skills recognition and training, quality control, and growth and export development.
